I have to say that the customer service was excellent. They were very friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the product itself.
The optic I received had a crooked/tilted reticle, which was immediately noticeable. Unlike several other models currently available on the market, the reticle on this optic is also not illuminated, which is a significant disadvantage, especially in low-light conditions.
Another issue was the mounting. The optic did not fit securely on my G&G L85 without modification to the mount. Some adjustment was necessary to get it properly mounted. Straight out of the box, the optic was also extremely loose, even after tightening the mounting screws properly.
Overall, while I am very happy with the service and support I received, the product itself was disappointing. Considering the price and the alternatives available on the market, I expected much better build quality, fitment, and functionality.

Regarding the tilted reticle and looseness, this can typically be corrected with a quick alignment: you can loosen the screws on the bottom mount, rotate the optic tube to level the reticle, and re-tighten the hardware securely to lock it in place. As for fitment, please note that the SC-003 was designed specifically as a factory-spec match for the ARES L85A2. Because dovetail and rail tolerances vary between airsoft manufacturers, we unfortunately cannot guarantee direct fitment on third-party platforms such as the G&G L85 without slight modification.

I think this optic is brilliant. It looks exactly like the real Susat, even down to the red bits of paint on some of the screws. I love the attention to detail. The eye relief just like the real one is very short but I quite like that it replicates the real thing. My case for the optic was unfortunatly broken in transit, which is a shame because it's a lovely case but the optic was perfectly fine, as it's built like a tank. All in all, I'd say if you're looking for a decent replica of a Susat, you can't go wrong with this model.

A Good quality scope, very similar to the original with the single wide pointer, that said mine came with the pointer off set and took an age and some chasing to get it. If you are prepared to wait then it’s probably worth it but allow for no QC

Great item, ROBUST.
Good quality and true to the original, except for the red lighted reticle post. Only issue is it has a weird, non-standard mounting interface. Not 22mm picatinny or standard 11mm dovetail compatible.
